Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products with broken seals
- Perishable goods and consumable supplements once opened
- MLM activation packages (non-refundable after activation)
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Exchange
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will exchange it free of charge. Please contact our support team with photos of the product and packaging to initiate an exchange.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team with your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product. Our team will guide you through the return process.
