Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (where available)
Franchise Orders: 3-5 business days

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order weight, destination, and shipping method selected. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount as communicated on the website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order status through your dashboard or using the courier partner's website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is damaged during transit or not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
